We are looking for an excellent teaching fellow to join our teaching team to deliver a new BSc in Medical Sciences with Humanities, Philosophy and Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for the developing and delivering teaching in the history of medicine, and also support medical humanities teaching more widely across the College. We emphasise dynamic, creative teaching that will engage and inspire students.

You will hold at least a master’s degree in a field relevant to the medical or health humanities, with experience of teaching and assessment at university level preferably within a medical school. Your experience must include teaching in and assessment of the history of medicine. Evidence of curriculum development and course administration will be an advantage. Experience of the Blackboard virtual learning environment is highly desirable.

This post is 0.5 fte (17.5 hours per week) open ended and based at the South Kensington campus.

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to give a short presentation and will be asked to undertake an exercise in student assessment as part of the interview process.
